Software:

Software installation on-site R450-00 (no hourly rate, does not include Data and Travel)

Windows installation on-site R450-00 (no hourly rate, does not include Data and Travel)

Please have software license and activation keys (codes) on hand, no illegal copies or installations. Licensed software is protected by law.

Please explain the problem to the best of your ability before we come out to you, it's impossible to have all relevant parts and equipment needed for a repair/replacement. Most tools and testing equipment will be brought to the site. Should we not have replacement parts on hand you will still be liable for call-out/travel/labour fees.
